Subscription and Refund Terms

NexusAGI is free to start. Optional monthly plans are sold through Google Play and priced in Australian dollars (A$); Google Play may show the price in your currency, with local taxes where they apply.

Plan names, prices and features are set in the service and shown in the app and on the home page; if they differ from this page, the price shown by Google Play at the moment you buy is the price you pay.

Auto-renewal

Plans renew automatically every month until you cancel. Google Play charges the same payment method shortly before each renewal period begins, at the then-current price. If the price changes, Google Play tells you and, where required, asks for your agreement first.

How to cancel

• Google Play: open the Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → NexusAGI → Cancel subscription. You can also cancel at play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
• From NexusAGI: your account page in the app links to your Play subscription. Deleting your NexusAGI account does not cancel a Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play first.

After you cancel, you keep the paid features until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge any cancellation fee.

Refunds

Payments are taken and refunded by Google Play, not by the developer, under Google Play’s refund policy. To ask for a refund use Google Play (Order history → Request a refund) or Google’s refund request page. If you contact us we will help where we can, but we cannot issue a refund for a payment we did not receive. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer law: for example you are entitled to a remedy if the service has a major failure, or is not as described.

Free tier and changes

The free tier has usage limits and may show ads (see Cookies). We may change plans in the future; changes to a plan you have already paid for apply from the next renewal.
